1. Who are the wise men and where did they come from?

2. Why were the wise men looking for the king of the Jews?

3. How did the wisemen know the king of theJews was born? What did they see?

   1. What does God use in modern times to lead people to Jesus?

4. When King Herod and all of Jerusalem heard the news about the messiah’s birth, how did they react? Why did they react this way?

5. How did the chief priests and the scribes know where the messiah was going to be born?

   1. If they knew where the messiah was going to be born, why didn’t they seek him like the wise men?

6. Read verses 9 and 10. How did the wise men locate the exact place where the child was? How did they react when they saw the star?

8. What did they offer to the child? What is the significance of Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh?

9. How did the wisemen get warned of Herod? What did they do after waking from their dream?
