“Woman You Have Great Faith!”

Matthew 15:21-28

Key Verse: 15:28

Then Jesus answered, "Woman, you have great faith! Your request is granted." And her daughter was healed from that very hour.

 Read verses 21-22.  Who came to Jesus?  What did she cry out to him?  What might of it been like for this little girl to be demon possessed?  What might of it been like for her mom?  Why were they in need of God’s mercy?

 Read verses 23-25.  How did Jesus respond to this woman at first?  What did his disciples say to him?  What reason did Jesus give for not helping this woman?  How might have this woman felt?  But what did she do?  What can we learn about her attitude?   

 Read verses 26-28.  What did Jesus say to the woman this time?  But how did the woman respond to his words?  What did Jesus say about her?  In what way did she have great faith?  What did Jesus promise her?  What happened to her daughter?  How can we have great faith like this woman?
